about us

The Habitat for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh Youth Triathlon is our nonprofit's signature annual fundraiser and Southwestern Pennsylvania’s premiere multi-sport race for kids ages 7-15. For the past 25 years, 8,000 participants have swam, biked, and ran to help raise $1.3 million in support of Habitat Pittsburgh’s mission to build homes, communities, and hope in Allegheny County. Habitat Pittsburgh provides decent, affordable homeownership and home repair opportunities to low-income families and individuals. made possible by

Just like the homes Habitat for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh builds and repairs, the Youth Triathlon is made possible by our many dedicated volunteers. This includes the Habitat Pittsburgh Youth Triathlon's Race Director, Advisory Committee, Course Section Leaders, Race-Day Volunteers, and more! The Youth Triathlon is fully planned and executed by Habitat Pittsburgh, click here for a full listing of our staff.
